Gas Station Kiosk
Approach
I provided the user with a simple and familiar way of getting gas, snacks, and other services. I used large icons with universal symbols so that people from any background or any age can understand. There are three main options in the home screen: gas, goods, and services. The whole process will take only about four minutes to complete, depending on how many items the user wants to recieve, so that they can easily get on their way. After the order has been processes, the user will recieve notifications of how long it will take for the worker to perform all the needs so that the user is informed about the processs.
After the user has placed their order of goods and services, the worker will bring the items directly to the car so that the user doesn’t have to worry about leaving any valubles unattended such as children and technology.
Some services that are avaible will be getting air in their tires, washing their windows, filling up their car with gas, and bringing them items from the store such as food, beverages, lotto tickets and cigarettes.
In all, the user will enjoy the experience of getting gas because they will be greeted with simple, understandable technology and quick customer service.
